3. Quotations and Orders
Quotations provided by Gridnexshiftmind are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. An order is only confirmed when we issue a written acceptance or installation confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in Japanese Yen (JPY) and are inclusive of consumption tax at the applicable rate unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are set out in the relevant quotation or contract. Overdue invoices may attract interest at the statutory rate.
5. Installation and Site Access
The client is responsible for ensuring that our installation team has safe and unobstructed access to the property on the agreed installation dates. Any postponement required by the client with less than 48 hours notice may incur a rescheduling fee.
6. Warranty
Gridnexshiftmind warrants all installed systems against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three years from the date of installation completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, acts of nature, or failure to follow our maintenance guidelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Gridnexshiftmind’s total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of revenue, loss of profits, or property damage not directly caused by our installation activities.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, design layouts, and the Gridnexshiftmind logo — is the property of Gridnexshiftmind or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our prior written consent.

14. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate an ongoing maintenance contract with written notice. Termination of service does not relieve the client of payment obligations for work already performed or materials already supplied.
15. Safety and Compliance
All installation activities are performed in compliance with Japanese building codes, water supply regulations, and electrical safety standards. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary local permits and approvals before work commences.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with any quotation, contract, or additional terms provided for a specific service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gridnexshiftmind and supersede all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements.
